We at Artemis Emlak can organise and manage any property improvements or renovations you require at your property here in Turkey, even whilst you are in the UK. We will organise quotations for any works and give you the best and most competitive price.
We will carry out the works updating you with progress photos and finishing any job to the best possible standard in the agreed time frame and budget.

We also offer a shopping service that can be done with you when you are here or when you are in the UK, we will seek several options of the furniture required and provide you with prices and photos, you can then choose what you would like to suit your need and budget, we will then order for you and arrange delivery - it really could not be any easier!
Included in our rentals package, we carry out fortnightly property checks throughout the year, we also will do this after any major storms. Bruce White - Owner of Villa Hannabith
We bought our villa in 2013 and although it was in a location we liked, it was rather tired and run down, having probably had next to nothing spent on it since it was built. We really thought that, apart from a lick of paint, having purchased it in February of that year, we would have to live with the way it was (ageing kitchen and furniture) and just hope it rented for the coming season at low rates.
We found Artemis Emlak after an internet search to find an agent. They are English speakers as well as local people. Within days of contact, the villa had been appraised, and a program of works devised. This included a lovely new kitchen with all new appliances, new furniture throughout and getting the pool up and running. Despite us previously thinking nothing could be done the first year, it was all completed by April when we went out there and all ready for the summer season.
What was particularly terrific, was the way the guys at Artemis went out and compiled kitchen designs, furniture brochures, prices, going off to Ortaca to do deals for us - everything. All we had to do (via email in the UK) was choose things to fit our budget. And it all came in at at price we wouldn't have thought possible (certainly wouldn't be in the UK).
Now its all up and running, ongoing management by Artemis, our season is full year on year and we have our lovely little place that the whole family just cannot wait to go to each year. Well done Artemis Emlak!

Villa Hannabith
This villa was old and tired with dated furniture. The old kitchen was removed, new plans drawn up and a new modern fully fitted kitchen was installed with integrated dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, microwave, electric hot-plate hob and gas oven. The worktops are high spec gloss granite with glitter effect and beautiful natural stone effect ceramic. We bought a new corner sofa unit that fits the room perfectly, flat screen TV, beautiful dining furniture and matching coffee table as well as modern wicker style balcony furniture. All the beds were replaced with new to include custom made head boards and integrated lights (currently not pictured), all bedrooms had fitted wardrobes installed to utilise all space. All three bathrooms had top quality glass shower screens installed. The villa is now finished to a high standard, it rented back to back through summer 2014 and every is now one of our most popular villas.

Villa Kocadere
This villa was bought new, unfurnished with no pool or landscaped garden. New furniture was bought to the owners taste and budget, including all white goods, beds, lounge and balcony furniture. The once bare balcony now has a beautiful hand made seating area that overlooks the pool. We have also installed the swimming pool which features Roman entrance style steps and separate shallow childrens area. We have also built the pump depot, as well as landscaped the garden ready for summer 2015.

Villa Martin
We have replaced some severely cracked and uneven Kayrak paving with new around the villa and also installed a new garden depot with security features.

Villa Teldrassil
Surrounding the villa was lots of unused and waste space that was not attractive to a renter. We have laid Kayrak stone to the left and right of the villa to create two very spacious areas for sunbathing and relaxing. The dining room before was very dark and not so inviting, a double patio door was put in which opens up this area nicely which leads out onto the new Kayrak and has a now much loved BBQ area. At the back of the villa we laid durable plastic topped with attractive stones which tidied the area up, as well as keeping the project within the budget.

Villa Marshell
This villa's roof was taking in allot of rain and most ceilings and walls were very damp, after a full roof inspection, new metal panels were placed over the existing roof edges that were old and not properly sealed. This work was not expensive and has solved the leak problem fast and effectively.
